I would buy and big house for all my family to live in, travel the world and open my own clothes shop.

I am a mirror twin which means my sister is the complete opposite of me, she is left handed and I am right handed. Only 1 in 1000 twins are mirror twins.

What you Need – Makes 12 buns

500g strong bread flour

Pinch of salt

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

50g soft brown sugar

50g unsalted butter

25g fast acting yeast

175ml milk (heat until warm)

1 large egg

75g currants

25g mixed peel (optional)

3 tablespoons plain flour

4 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon oil

2 tablespoons caster sugar

How to Make

Put the flour, salt, cinnamon and sugar into a mixing bowl and rub in the butter until you have what looks like breadcrumbs.

Mix the yeast with half of the milk and leave in a warm place until frothy. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients; add the yeast mixture, followed by the egg, fruit and remaining milk and mix together to make a dough.

On a floured surface, knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size. On a floured surface knead for 5 minutes.

Divide and shape into buns and place on a grease proof paper. Cover and leave in a warm place for about 20 minutes or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.

To make the cross, put the flour in a small bowl and gradually stir in 2 tablespoons of milk and oil to make a smooth thick batter. Use a piping bag to pipe a cross on the top of each bun.

Bake for 20 minutes until they sound hollow when tapped.

To glaze, place the remaining milk and sugar in a small pan, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Brush the buns with the glaze while warm. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

I am half Irish. My Dad was born on Achill Island which is on the West coast of Ireland.
